Return Policy

  • We accept return/exchange within 30days provided there is no damage.
  • Merchandise must be in the same condition when it was received
  • SALE items cannot be returned/exchanged
  • Earrings cannot be returned/exchanged for hygienic purposes
  • Personalized, engraved jewelries cannot be returned/exchanged
  • We do not accept cash refund.

All return items must include completed copy of Return/Exchange Form
Customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
